🚨 Glan Clwyd Staff Camping at Rhuddfest! 🚨

We’re thrilled to welcome the amazing staff of Glan Clwyd Hospital back to Rhuddfest 2025—and as a thank-you for everything you do, we’re offering free camping for hospital staff!

Rhuddfest is all about community, connection, and celebration—and after seeing how much last year meant to so many of you, we wanted to give something back.

How it works:

1️⃣ Buy your weekend festival tickets and camping passes as normal—for yourself and anyone you're coming with.
2️⃣ If you work at Glan Clwyd, send us your booking confirmation along with proof of employment (NHS ID or payslip is fine).
3️⃣ As long as you’re part of that booking, we’ll refund the cost of your camping ticket—not the festival entry ticket.


Important:

This offer only applies to the camping element, not the main festival ticket.

Only the Glan Clwyd staff member is eligible for the camping refund—others in your group will still need to pay for camping.
